a. Zero Eight Zero operates as a technology-oriented interior design firm, offering end-to-end solutions for home décor and furnishing requirements (“Services”). Any individual or entity engaging with Zero Eight Zero, either under a contractual arrangement or seeking to avail its services, implicitly acknowledges and consents to our Terms and Conditions and other relevant agreements governing project-related work and services with Zero Eight Zero. These provisions are integrally incorporated into these Terms of Use. All products, services, and information showcased on any Zero Eight Zero Platform serve as an “invitation to offer.” Your purchase order constitutes your “offer,” subject to the terms and conditions delineated in the final Quotation endorsed and accepted by you and the Works Contract (if applicable). Zero Eight Zero reserves the prerogative to accept or decline your offer.
